Dear All,
This is a VIG (Very Informal Group) discussion on papers and books that might be of interest to members of the School, particularly those with interests in integrable systems, dynamical systems, geometry, mathematical physics and applied mathematics. All are welcome!
We will start by working through the paper by Tetsuji Shioda, "Weierstrass transformations and cubic surfaces", Commentarii Mathematici Universitatis Sancti Pauli 44 (1995) 109--128. (Download PDF )

Note: there will be no talks on 07 and 14 April due to Good Friday and the mid-semester break.
